BIKRAM + VINYASA + MUSIC + BLACK AND COLORED LIGHTS = FUN!!!!!

I have to say i am BEYOND excited to do this again !

The same room but it feels so different ! 

I will be leading you through this fun fusion of my 2 favorite practices and we will be flowing through some

fun asanas just glowing through the space!

And as usual you get to take the glow home because you know 

        IT IS JUST WHAT YOGA DOES FOR YOU!

 And  you know having fun is just enlightening and good people together will contribute  to world peace!

      So get your bright colored yoga clothing on and come sweat with me !

Bring your water mat and towel (or we can rent gear and we sell you bottled water or you can fill your Flask there!)
