We offer instruction in the 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises from the Beginning Yoga Series with compassion and kindness. Our goal is to instill the discipline of this practice in the most motivating and effective manner. This globally practiced method has been proven to be therapeutic, aiding in the healing of ailments and maintaining a healthy balance of body and mind. All levels are welcome.

Hot Pilates
Get ready to be inspired, to sweat, to work hard — and most importantly, to feel fantastic. Hot Pilates, grounded in Pilates principles, offers a challenging, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout. Conducted on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees with 40% humidity, Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat without the impact stress of high-intensity workouts. Suitable for all fitness levels. Heated 1 hour classes.

Core HIIT - Hot Pilates
Core HIIT hot Pilates is a full-body workout that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with Pilates and heat to strengthen your core, glutes, and legs. Using a lot of variations and repetitions of Pilates core and back strengthening exercises alongside a variety of squats, lunges, and mountain climbers. Prepare to be inspired-sweat and work hard!

Hatha to Raja Yoga Class
The first half of this this class will utilize Hatha Yoga postures which are held for longer periods of time, focusing on correct alignment, strengthening, and flexibility with the second half of the class moving into a restorative Raja yoga practice with a focus on meditation, breath, and muscular disengagement. This will be a challenging practice that will leave you feeling stronger & energized. Great for beginners & advanced Yogis looking to deepen their practice.

The Barkan Method
The Barkan Method is a style of Hatha Yoga that originated from a lineage in Calcutta, India. Jimmy Barkan, founder/owner was first certified by Ghosh’s College of India from Calcutta, India and was Bikram Yoga’s most senior teacher! While the Barkan Method finds its roots from this lineage in Calcutta, it also integrates postures from other styles of Yoga to create variations, versatility and even greater range of motion. The yoga classes are practiced in a heated room to stretch and strengthen various areas of the body. The practice brings vital balance and restores all systems to optimal health. Consistency will create a physical, mental and spiritual harmony that will be felt in all areas of the practitioner’s life.
