Top notch hot yoga studio. Their 26 & 2 classes are true to the Bikram method. I utilized their travel package which includes a mat and towel, for one week of unlimited classes, a fantastic option that I wish all studios offered. I was fortunate enough to have 3 different teachers during my visit and they were all fantastic. I can not recommend this studio enough for anyone looking for a 26 & 2 (Bikram) yoga class.

Nice hot yoga studio with good amenities. Very clean. I took the beginner practice, and wow, it was robust. Montana, the instructor, was great. Her verbal cues were spot on, and the sequence was rhythmic. You will be sweating!

New to Yoga...my first year and have tried different studios. Love the facilities, staff, and community at Prana. Plenty of great instructors and classes to choose from. I take the majority of my classes with Adriana or Pachi. Great attention to detail as far as mentoring me in something I would normally feel so uncomfortable doing and out of place. Wish I had gotten into it a long time ago. Bonus: as a motorcyclist it has helped with my riding...especially off-road. Don't get injured like I used to. How you feel after these classes can become addictive.
